The opportunity

This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of the Wheatbelt’s most established, successful and reputable agriculture machinery and equipment dealerships.

Based in our Merredin office and working with our service department, we are seeking the services of a full time Service Advisor/Admin Officer. Our service department is a fast paced & enjoyable environment, striving to achieve a high standard of work in an encouraging workplace.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide high levels of customer service
  • Service invoicing
  • Warranty submissions
  • Support to the Workshop Manager

Skills Required

  • Administration Experience
  • Ability to work independently & as part of a team
  • Experience with Office 365
  • Attention to detail & ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of the agricultural industry beneficial, but not required
