Job Overview

The role comprises a range of reception tasks including greeting and directing visitors, answering telephone calls and emails, and supply ordering.  Additional office duties based on experience.

 The prerequisites

  • A friendly, flexible and patient disposition, with a ‘can do’ attitude;
  • Excellent customer service and administration skills;
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills;
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work within a team environment;
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications in particular Word & Excel;
  • Be well presented, courteous, enthusiastic and professional – you are representing HNS as the first point of contact
  • Have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
