Job Seekers

By using Wheatbelt Jobs, you agree that Wheatbelt Jobs is not responsible for the content of the Employer’s job application, messages, or their format or method of delivery, and that Wheatbelt Jobs does not guarantee receipt of your application by the Employer, or your receipt of messages from the Employer.

Wheatbelt Jobs does not guarantee the identity of an Employer or any individuals working for any Employers, and cautions Job Seekers when applying to jobs on this Site.

Wheatbelt Jobs may use your application materials (including resumes and profile information) and the recency of your activity on Wheatbelt Jobs to determine whether the keywords can be used to recommend you (including your resume) to potential Employers.

You agree and consent that Wheatbelt Jobs may differentiate those matching resumes and profile information from those that do not match, and present them to Employers as recommended resumes.

We cannot guarantee that such messages and applications will be delivered, received, accessed, read or acted upon.

Wheatbelt Jobs also does not guarantee that any Employer will receive, be notified about, access, read or respond to any such resume or other application material, or that there will be no mistakes in the transmission or storage of the data.

However, Wheatbelt Jobs may alert you when any of the above events occur.

In addition we cannot vouch for the validity of the contact information provided to us by Employers.

We also cannot vouch for the technical capabilities of any third party sites, including but not limited to outgoing emails.

If you do not feel comfortable sending an application or messages in this manner, or having your application or messages stored on Wheatbelt Jobs, do not use the Wheatbelt Jobs messaging functions and please send your application or messages directly to the Employer by whatever other method you so choose, including the public mail system.

You may contact the Employer directly to find alternative methods of application if you do not wish to apply through Wheatbelt Jobs.

By using the Wheatbelt Jobs website, you fully consent to the above.

For job seekers located in the Australia, you acknowledge that when contacted by Wheatbelt Jobs, presented as Wheatbelt Jobs (WBN) (hereinafter referred to as “Wheatbelt Jobs”), Wheatbelt Jobs is not acting as an Employment Agency (as defined under applicable law) but as a community employment notice service.

The services Wheatbelt Jobs offers are set out in these terms.

Wheatbelt Jobs will only send you Job Listings that Wheatbelt Jobs determines may be of interest to you.

You further acknowledge that Wheatbelt Jobs is not authorised to receive any money on your behalf and/or to enter into any contracts on your behalf.

You may also end your relationship with Wheatbelt Jobs at any time and all account deletions are final (Available through your profile).


By creating a Resume through the Site, you are requesting and authorizing Wheatbelt Jobs to make available your resume to any Employer that Wheatbelt Jobs believes may have an interest in your resume.

By uploading a resume on Wheatbelt Jobs (an “Wheatbelt Jobs Resume”), Wheatbelt Jobs may share with you Job Listings that match the contents of your Wheatbelt Jobs Resume.

Wheatbelt Jobs assumes no responsibility and disclaims all liability for the resume or application information you post, send or receive through the Site.

If you see any inaccuracy in any such material, it is your responsibility to correct such information or to contact Wheatbelt Jobs to do so.

To protect your privacy, Wheatbelt Jobs may mask or hide your contact information, such as your email address, from your Site profile and may only make it available to those who have access to the Site (Such as an Employer).

Wheatbelt Jobs may also automatically send you recommended jobs via the email address you use to create an Wheatbelt Jobs account or apply to a job.

Wheatbelt Jobs may determine what these recommended jobs are on the basis of a variety of factors, including but not limited to, any information you input on the Site about yourself (including in your Wheatbelt Jobs Resume), searches you run on the Site, your profile, jobs you click on, jobs you apply to, or the materials you provide in a job application to an Employer through Wheatbelt Jobs.

Job Vacancies

Wheatbelt Jobs gives no guarantee to you of the continued availability of any particular job advertised on the Site and will not be liable to you should an Employer have filled the vacancy at any time prior to removal of the advertisement from the Site.

Whilst Wheatbelt Jobs takes efforts to ensure that jobs advertised are for actual job vacancies, it gives no guarantee to you that every job advertisement represents an actual job vacancy.

Applying To Jobs

By creating a profile on this Site, you are requesting and authorising Wheatbelt Jobs to amke available such application information to the applicable Employer(s) for sucj Job Listing(s).

By Applying for a job listing on this Site,  you understand that this is without warranty, and that Wheatbelt Jobs reserves the right to reformat such application or message on this Site.

Any resume or profile information that you submit through the Site, including Personal Data included in a resume, is subject to this Agreement and to Wheatbelt Jobs Privacy Policy.

Wheatbelt Jobs may use your profile information and resume to suggest jobs to apply for and may reach out to you via your email address or through this Site.

Wheatbelt Jobs may store such information regardless of whether a Job Listing has been closed or is no longer available on the Site.

By using Wheatbelt Jobs, you agree that Wheatbelt Jobs is not responsible for the content of the Employer’s Job Listing, messages or their format of delivery.

Furthermore, you acknowledge that Wheatbelt Jobs is not an Employment Agency and it is not Wheatbelt Jobs responsibility nor role to find, help, or guide you in order to obtain a job.

Jobseeker Notice

As a Job Seeker on this Site, you agree that the information that you provide on this Site is correct, that you are indeed located within the Wheatbelt, Western Australia or prepared to travel or relocate for the Job Listing that you’ve applied for and that you make it clear to the Employer(s) of your correct residential address.

Wheatbelt Jobs reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, disable access to, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part or all of this Site and/or services or any information contained thereon without liability or notice to you.


As an Employer, your account is for business use and not for personal use.

By creating an Employer account on the Wheatbelt Jobs Site, you agree and consent that you are an authorized representative of the business for the created profile and that you have the authority to allow this data and access to be shared.

You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wheatbelt Jobs from any allegations, claims, actions, suits, demands, damages, liabilities, obligations, losses, settlements, judgments, costs and expenses (including without limitation attorneys’ fees and costs) that result from the sharing of this data and access to your account.

You agree that Wheatbelt Jobs assumes no liability in regards to the accuracy of the statements above and that you are fully responsible for said accuracy.


As an Employer, you are responsible for the contents of your emails, Employer page that you create, any Job Listings that you post, and any messages that you send through Wheatbelt Jobs or otherwise, and agree that Wheatbelt Jobs is not responsible for such content and disclaims all liability for such content, including as to whether such content is legal.

You agree that Wheatbelt Jobs may reject or remove any Job Listing, any part of any Company Page, or any further content that you have created on this Site for any or no reason.

Wheatbelt Jobs further does not guarantee delivery, your receipt of the Job Seeker’s emails or resume(s), or that there will be no mistakes in the transmission or storage of the data.

In the event a message being sent is intended for a closed account, these messages will not be deliverable.

If you do not feel comfortable sending a message, including but not limited to an offer letter, to a Job Seeker through Wheatbelt Jobs messenging functions, do not use the Wheatbelt Jobs and please contact the Job Seeker via the personal information provided in such Job Seeker’s resume or application or by whatever method you so choose.

You agree that Wheatbelt Jobs Site is presented to you without warranty and Wheatbelt Jobs assumes no responsibility for the communications between you and the Job Seeker, which communications are yours’ and the Job Seekers’ sole responsibility.

When you view, send, store or receive materials (including Job Listings, resumes, and messages) through or using the Site, Wheatbelt Jobs may, for example, use such materials for data analysis, quality control, or to refine the Site or any other Wheatbelt Jobs product or service (including to provide better search results and other listings for Job Seekers and Employers), whether via automated means or otherwise.

Wheatbelt Jobs may inform a Job Seeker that you have taken an action with regards to a Job Listing, Job Seeker’s Resume, or application such as closing a Job Listing, opening the Resume or application, viewing the Resume or shortlisting a Job Seeker, responding to the Resume or application, and making a decision with regards to the application or Job Listing, and you hereby consent to Wheatbelt Jobs taking such actions.

User Consent

You must not post any User Content that is unlawful, fraudulent, discriminatory, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that contains sexual, ethnic, racial or other discriminating slurs, or that contains no relevant or constructive content.

You must also not post any User Content that contains proprietary information, trade secrets, confidential information, advertisements, solicitations, chain letters, pyramid schemes, investment opportunities, or other unsolicited commercial communication (except as otherwise expressly permitted by us in writing), or encourages or causes spamming or flooding.

You are prohibited from posting any User Content containing official identification information (whether your own or of another person), such as drivers license number, passport number, birth certificate number, insurance number, immigration number, or any other similar number, code, or identifier.

Posting such identification information may lead to identity theft and other adverse consequences.

Wheatbelt Jobs may remove any such identification information, but does not undertake any obligation to do so, and has no responsibility and disclaims all liability for any posting of such identification information.

Wheatbelt Jobs reserves the right to change the display of any pages on it’s Site, including, but not limited to, hiding fields, rearranging its format, and changing visual elements.

Although Wheatbelt Jobs has no obligation to do so, Wheatbelt Jobs may monitor User Content, and reserves the right to delete any User Content or portion thereof that, in Wheatbelt Jobs’s sole discretion, violates the above rules, including any User Content that is unrelated to the specific portion of the Site on which it is posted, or that is an advertisement, recruiting or other commercial message (other than Job Advertisements permitted by this Agreement), or that Wheatbelt Jobs deems in its sole discretion to be inappropriate.

If you believe that any User Content violates this Agreement or our policies, please contact Wheatbelt Jobs immediately so that we may have the opportunity to consider its removal.

You acknowledge and agree that Wheatbelt Jobs does not have any obligation to host or remove any User Content, and i) the interpretation of whether any User Content violates any Wheatbelt Jobs policy, ii) whether to publish or to withdraw from publication any User Content, and iii) whether to exclude any material that any party seeks to post on Wheatbelt Jobs, will always remain within the sole discretion of Wheatbelt Jobs.

You agree that Wheatbelt Jobs has no liability to you or anyone else arising from its editorial decisions.

You acknowledge and agree that Wheatbelt Jobs is an interactive computer service and does not have any obligation to screen any User Content, or to include any User Content (including without limitation Job Listings) in it’s search results or other listings, and may exclude or remove any User Content from publication for any or no reason.


Arbitration Agreement

The exclusive means of resolving any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement (including any alleged breach thereof), the Service, or the Site shall be BINDING ARBITRATION administered by the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA).

The one exception to the exclusivity of arbitration is that you have the right to bring an individual claim against Wheatbelt Jobs in a small-claims court of competent jurisdiction.

But whether you choose arbitration or small-claims court, you may not under any circumstances commence or maintain against Wheatbelt Jobs any class action, class arbitration, or other representative action or proceeding.

Notice of Rights

By using the Site or the Service in any manner, you agree to the above arbitration agreement.

In doing so, YOU GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT to assert or defend any claims between you and Wheatbelt Jobs (except for matters that may be taken to small-claims court).


Your rights will be determined by a NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR, NOT A JUDGE OR JURY.

You are entitled to a fair hearing before the arbitrator.

The arbitrator can grant any relief that a court can, but you should note that arbitration proceedings are usually simpler and more streamlined than trials and other judicial proceedings.

Decisions by the arbitrator are enforceable in court and may be overturned by a court only for very limited reasons.

Court Proceedings

Any proceeding to enforce this arbitration agreement, including any proceeding to confirm, modify, or vacate an arbitration award, may be commenced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

In the event that this arbitration agreement is for any reason held to be unenforceable, any litigation against Wheatbelt Jobs (except for small-claims court actions) may be commenced only in the federal or state courts located in Perth, Western Australia.

You hereby irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of those courts for such purposes.

Governing Law

You agree to the laws of Australia and the State of Western Australia, without regard to principals of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Wheatbelt Jobs, shall be governed by the laws of the state of Western Australia without regard to principles of conflicts of law, provided that this arbitration agreement shall be governed by the ACICA Arbitration Rules.


Wheatbelt Jobs has implemented security features in our database to protect your personal information from unauthorised access.

We maintain our servers in a controlled, secured environment.

Only staff who need to have access to your personal information in order to perform their job function are authorised to access the database.

Constant changes to the Internet and technology mean that we cannot guarantee that data transmission will be 100% secure, or safe from attack by unauthorised intruders.

You should never reveal your password to third parties.

If you lose control of your password, you may lose control over your personal information and may be liable for actions taken on your behalf by third parties using your password and/or personal information.

Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately contact Wheatbelt Jobs to change your secure password.



Wheatbelt Jobs has taken a number of precautions to ensure the validity and accuracy of all communication dealings, however accepts no liability for the materials transmitted.

Therefore any reliance you place on the information provided in this site is strictly at your own risk.
