Barnes Hydraulic Services, based in Badgingarra Western Australia, are seeking a motivated Parts Interpreter to join our Badgingarra workshop. We are a locally owned, customer focused business specialising in hydraulic and heavy industry repairs, servicing and component sales. We pride ourselves with going above and beyond for our clients.
The successful applicant would ideally have experience within this field and possess a desire to work as part of a progressive team who take pride in their work and in providing customer satisfaction.
Objectives of the Role:
•Processing phone and email enquiries.
•Sourcing of parts in a timely and professional manner.
•Stock control, receiving and dispatching.
•External and internal parts sales and quotations.
•Maximise sales through proactively engaging with customers and providing solutions.
•Provide exceptional customer service resulting in a positive customer experience.
Position Requirements:
•Parts Interpreter experience within the earthmoving/ heavy equipment or agricultural industry (preferred but not essential)
•Willingness to learn and expand knowledge base
•Comprehensive understanding of Parts Sales and Interpreting.
•Customer Service experience.
•Experience in inventory control and warehouse systems.
•Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and build strong working relationships.
•Intermediate computer skills.
•Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
•Current drivers licence is essential and High Risk forklift licence (preferred but not essential).
