Supply Planner

We are experiencing growth and are seeking an experienced Supply Planner to join the team to assist our trailer manufacturing facility in Bruce Rock. The main objective of this role is to guarantee all materials are available and ready on time for production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess overdue or missing materials on production schedule and ERP system and work proactively with the Operations, Procurement, Suppliers, Sales, and Logistics teams to expedite overdue items.
• Coordinate with suppliers on upcoming disruptions to supply and plan Work with Procurement team to ensure stable supply to meet demand.
• Have an oversight on Stock Management i.e., allocations, alternatives, purchase, or manufacture decisions, prevent stock outs, reduce excess inventory.
• Own MRP to ensure all parameters are correctly setup, update LTs, moderate demand and maintain supply pipeline.
• Monitor and suggest improvements for Min/Max and Reorder points.

To be successfully considered for the role you will need:

• Experience with stock control & purchasing.
• Must have intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft: Excel, word, outlook, Teams etc.
• To be self-motivated, positive and team driven.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Need to be able to manage a large amount of Data and prioritise work tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Previous experience with data entry.
• Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Must have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated plus team driven.
