We are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator who will be responsible for providing operations administration support to our Bruce Rock team. The Administrator will be a valuable team player contributing towards the efficient and smooth day to day operations of our production line. This position is:
- Full Time Permanent Role (flexible working hours considered)
- 5:2 roster
- Bruce Rock Location
- Immediate Start
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Processing & filing of job tickets for the fabrication & stores teams.
- Generating reports for managers.
- Checking & correcting employee clock records for your team.
- Assist with development of processes and procedures.
- Support with a variety of ad hoc administration tasks.
- Assist with overflow and relief customer service duties.
To be successfully considered for the role you will need:
- Experience in an administration position.
- To be self-motivated and team driven.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills with the efficient use of Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Previous experience with data entry.
- Previous experience working with a manufacturing environment is desirable.
- A strong work ethic, be self-motivated and team driven.
