Job Description
Based at New Norcia, in central West WA, we require a dedicated Farmhand to join us in 2025.
The position will involve in day to day operations with a strong focus on the cropping side of a mixed farming operation, which includes high rainfall cropping, and sheep production, both merino and terminal sire backgrounds.
We run a modern fleet of majority Case equipment, which is maintained to a high level, along with all infrastructure and property assets.
Skills and Qualifications
The applicant for this position will need to have the following skills
- Honesty and punctual
- Sound communicator
- Be competent in machinery operation, maintenance and repair.
- HR Licence help with willingness to upgrade. Higher seen as a preference.
- Be self organised and willing to grew within a position with a business which wants to move forward.
Job Requirements
This is a fulltime position with very high standard of on farm accommodation and excellent salary package. Schooling is accessible. University leavers with less experience are encouraged to apply.
