Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking the full-time services of a suitably qualified and experienced professional to manage our Cunderdin branch as well as our presence in designated surrounding areas. The successful applicant will be responsible for all facets of our Cunderdin business including:

  • team leadership
  • management of sales, service and parts divisions
  • administration, reporting, staff procurement and stock control
  • management of existing and development of new grower relationships

This is a very diverse role that can also include sales opportunities.

The prerequisites

Essential:
• Experience in a management or senior sales role
• Self-motivated, with a hands-on approach
• Computer literacy with experience with MS Office, etc
• The ability to build, mentor and manage teams while adopting an exemplary approach to customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable:
• Previous experience working in the ag machinery sector
