The Youth Engagement & Inclusion Officer is a Part-time position and is located within the Community & Strategic Projects Team. You will play a vital role in engaging Wadjela and Noongar young people within our community, as well as driving the Shire’s Reconciliation Action Plan.
With a strong focus on self-determination and cultural identity this position will work in partnership with key stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes that contribute to the health and wellbeing of our young people.
You will work collaboratively within the organisation to find innovative and engaging ways to shape the culture of our organisation.
You will part of a strong and energetic team committed to the reactivation of programs in our newly refurbished Youth Centre, supporting youth leadership programs and working on special projects as required.
