Job Overview

To be considered for this job at our growing company, you must demonstrate the following:

  • An ability to communicate effectively and politely with clients, whilst also ensuring firmness when needed.
  • A sense of design and a passion for assisting clients without being too forward/pushy.
  • A knowledge of the preparation of building contracts and variations.
  • The ability to understand and read plans.
  • Experience and attention to detail in finalising addenda’s.
  • Experience in dealing with shires/councils and submitting building permits, insurance, and service connection applications.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to be able to cost changes, supply clients with pricing on products that are out of standard ranges.
  • Ability to design cabinetry and obtain quotes on services/products.
  • Ability to work under pressure and work as a team.
  • Knowledge of building and construction products and different levels of finishes in building (ie. plumbing fixtures, cabinets etc.).

Ideally, we would like to see:

  • Some design qualifications (Interior Design preferably).
  • An efficient person with good time management skills.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Pre-Start Selections & Client Admin.
