So what’s the role about?

The Parts Manager role is a full-time position working at Avon Valley Toyota. You will grow and develop the Parts Department achieving growth and profitability ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction is delivered. Creating and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients as well as having the ability to sell Toyota Genuine Products and work with the Marketing Coordinator to market the department

People management and leadership ability is essential skills required for this position including:

  • Proven retail sales ability with the skills to identify and realise new opportunities.
  • Financial discipline to oversee the efficient and profitable operation of the department.
  • Working within the dealership policies, guidelines and standards.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • Well presented
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience with passenger & light commercial vehicles
  • Toyota dealership experience preferred
  • Must hold a current C Class Western Australian driver’s licence
  • The ability to work as part of a team
