Our Technical Services team provides waste services to the community in addition to construction and maintenance to infrastructure including; roads, trails, share paths, buildings, parks and reserves and leadership for a number of projects that contribute to the sustainable growth in our area.
We are seeking a motivated Landfill General Hand who is able to operate machinery such as a loader and skid steer. The preferred applicant will have customer service skills, white card and understanding of Occupational Safety and Health.
This is a permanent position offered as Level 3 of the Local Government Industry Award, with a base cash salary of $44,200 per annum pro rata, in addition to superannuation of up to 15% as per council Policy, allowances and penalty rates as per the Award. The Position works an 11 day rotation however expressions for a job share arrangement will be considered.
