Junior Administration role – Start Part time and grow into Full Time – York WA
Are you keen to be involved in Agriculture and Rural Communities.
This role is perfect for a school leavers first job.
There is flexibility to balance University or Tafe Studies with work
Initially the job will be onsite at the business premises near York, but potential over time for remote work.
The role is focused on administration tasks relating to Agricultural training and recruitment. Using a wide range of programs and systems to manage Trainees, Employers and Employee profiles.
All systems and programs can be taught if you have a passion for good customer service, data entry and creativity.
If you have an Interest in social media creation and drone or go-pro filming and editing. This is a varied job role that gives you time in the office or out and about in an agricultural setting…
We are looking for a Self-motivated person to assist with all things Administration for our Agricultural Training and Recruitment business.
An aptitude for Data Entry and General computer use is required. The job is in a shared office environment with a Senior team willing to teach and support.
We also would like to grow our social media presence and are looking for a person that enjoys being creative with social media and would be happy and comfortable out on farms and in Agricultural environments. Using Technology to capture what we do and where our trainees and jobseekers work…
This is a new role that has the potential to grow with the person. There is also the opportunity to engage in a traineeship to make sure learnt skills are suitably recognized with a qualification.
Wages will be in line with skills and experience under the award.
We have some flexibility with accommodation available if required.
A drivers licence is essential
A start date is Mid to late January 2025.
