Job Overview

We are looking for a new team member who strives for excellence in everything they do and is not satisfied with a “near enough is good enough” attitude.  We are seeking a team member who has excellent Customer Service skills and can show empathy to customers when they are frustrated with IT issues, whilst always maintaining a professional representation of our business.

As the primary and first point of contact for the business whether in-shop, electronic email or phone contact, your reliability is paramount. You need to be punctual, focused and constantly look for ways on how we can continually improve our support and service.  It is also important to recognise the need for continuous learning in the IT industry due to the frequent changes and upgrades that occur.

This position is based in our office in Dalwallinu on a full-time basis.

If you are a naturally talented candidate with proven Customer Service experience, have a desire to keep clients happy and thrive on team success then this is a fantastic opportunity for you to work alongside and learn from a successful team that is motivated & friendly, who take their job seriously, but also like to have fun!

As this role is for a person who predominantly interacts directly with our clients, a high standard of verbal and written communication skills is mandatory.

Experienced in front-line point of contact to the customer.

Excellent presentation and proven ability to communicate with clients.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Self-starter; Excellent time management; Proven ability to multitask and operate across various digital platforms.

Exceptional customer service skills is a MUST!
